Ruben spent nearly 30 years as a fire captain protecting Ventura County families. He responded to hundreds of emergencies — and in that time, he saw something most people never connect. Neglected homes. Mold covered roofs. Clogged gutters. Properties quietly falling apart in ways that put families at risk long before any emergency call was ever made.

When he retired, Ruben didn't stop serving. He started 911 Power Wash alongside his son Jaycob — building a company on the same principles that guided his entire career. Every job gets the same discipline a fire captain brings to a scene. Every client gets the same respect a first responder brings to a family in need.

Jaycob grew up watching his father serve this community, and he brought that same work ethic into 911 Power Wash from day one. As lead technician, he runs the jobs on the ground — precise, thorough, and detail obsessed.
